Chocolate and Tea....A new addiction!

Chocolate and a hot cup of tea.... that was what someone once suggested is the best combination while reading a book. And all i could say at that point of time was what a weird suggestion!

Today being a good Friday i thought why not try it before i discard it as a rubbish or outlandish idea.. and voila there in my refrigerator was my five star whom i had forgotten all about yesterday, looking at me with pleading eyes asking me to eat him with the tea i was about to prepare..
i said why break the poor fellas heart on a Good Friday :)
Hence i started to make a cup of tea which is a rather complicated process in case you are an alien in the kitchen!!
There are many ways to make tea, some put the milk and sugar and tea leaf all in one shot and bring it to a boil and call it their TEA!! i would say amateur make way for the professional before you cause irreplaceable damage to the taste buds of people you gonna serve it and yourself also!
The best way i like to have my tea is put water and sugar to boil and while it boils add a piece of ginger nicely cut and crushed.. then add the amount of tea leaves as per your good judgment, but always remember a mild tea is always the best!
cover your tea pot and let is feel the heat and the steam for about five minutes.. this would make the tea leaves to give their flavor and color to your would be tea..now once you have finished preparing the raw material for your mood uplifting Tea, time for the milk to be added.. remember not to add too much milk nor less , add such that the color of the mixture is golden brown and then you have to just wait and watch! Now once the mixture comes to a boil it is ready!
Pour your self a mug of this and choose a nice spot ! Most preferably should be over looking a nice small garden.........
and then STOP!!!
I was about to forget the poor Five star whom I had promised to free from the freezing cold of the refrigerator! i went back to my kitchen and opened the refrigerator and there was the chocolate bar happy to see me come back for him..
Then i went to the window i have in my rented home which overlooks a small garden and made myself comfortable in a chair. Then the first sip of tea was like........... nothing words could describe.. then the bite from the chocolate bar was next.. and voila i was in a new dimension of awesome TASTE!!! This continued till my tea and chocolate bar both disappeared right in front of my eyes like MAGIC!!!
There i knew this was another addiction which I had to share with other people who think only cocaine is addictive!!!
Hope the law makers don't realize this and arrest people buying chocolate and tea leaves along with milk on the same day!!!
